Our Summer Training schedule just expanded!

Starting THIS Friday, May 29th, we’re adding an additional 11:00 AM training session for our Momentum and Performance athletes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Because development doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through consistent work.

If your athlete is ready to put in the work this summer, we’ve got a spot for them.

Courtney has been with us since day one as one of our Founding Members, and the progress she’s made has been incredible to watch.

Since June, she’s lost over 30 pounds, gained 2 pounds of muscle, and completely changed her fitness and confidence through consistency. What makes it even more impressive is that she’s done it while being a busy mom of two little ones.

No shortcuts. Just showing up, putting in the work, and staying committed even on the hard days.

Proud of you, Courtney. Let’s keep getting after it!

As many of you know, today is Coach Carly’s last day at Resolute Training. While we’re definitely going to miss her around the gym, we’re excited for her and Billy as they head to Orlando, FL for Billy’s new job opportunity later this month.

Carly has been a huge part of the Jefferson community long before joining Resolute, and since coming on board last August she’s made an incredible impact on our members, culture, and coaching floor. From early mornings to big wins with athletes and members, she’s helped make this place what it is.

To celebrate Carly and everything she’s brought to Resolute, we’ll be hosting a special workout on Saturday, May 16th at 8:00am. Go reserve your spot now and make sure to wear your whackiest pair of socks in true Carly fashion.

Stick around afterward for coffee, conversation, and a chance to wish Carly the best before she heads to Florida.
