Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard! I made this meal with things I had left over in the refrigerator the day before I went grocery shopping!


Quick recipe to spice up sweet potatoes!

On the Portion Fix sweet potatoes is one of the best carbs to have, but after a while I get super bored with just a plain baked sweet potato. This is what I do to keep it interesting.
Cut 2-3 potatoes into bite sized pieces, spray lightly with coconut or avacado oil. (You can do this next part in a bowl, but I'm lazy and do it right in the pan) Add in about 2 tsp of cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder. Throw in salt, pepper and cayenne to taste (Go easy on the salt ;) ) I bake them at 375 for 35-45 minutes depending on how big the batch is. Fill your yellow portion control container and enjoy!
These are a great meat substitute in tacos for meatless mondays, or just as a side with whatever protein you meal prepped this week.
