‼️January➡️April‼️
It’s been a hard 4 months. I stayed consistent. I prioritized cardio and volume. I corrected my diet, eliminating useless foods.
I stayed true to my macros, and lifted consistently. The recipe to get in shape is simple. Eat better, workout more. I said simple… not easy.
The first step to all this is figuring your maintenance calories and going from there. I made these changes in 4 months, and I feel I have the confidence to make it this simple for anyone.
It comes down to how bad you want to achieve it. As a personal trainer, my main desire is to make this a reality for EVERYONE.
There are foods you may view as “not that bad” and this is true, but I suffer just like everyone else from binge eating. A small portion of anything isn’t bad, but lacking the will power to cut yourself off is what so many struggle from (me included).
We’re all humans. We all have desires, but sometimes you need to regulate what it is you consume. Join VamosFitness if you have goals similar to this! DM me “VF” to get you started on a consultation.

I’m participating in a Spartan 21k!!!
I’m super excited for this challenge. The goal of this? Obviously to complete it, but more importantly lead by example.
The VamosFitness brand is to challenge yourself. To become a version you didn’t think was possible. This will push me to my limits. But every time you reach your limits, they expand a little more.
That’s the mentality I hope to share with everyone. Continuously expanding your horizons.
My program is designed to help and improve. Push and motivate. Inspire and change.
I’m excited for this Run, and I’ll share all the ups and downs of it. Fitness is not a straight line. There’s setbacks, there’s high points, and there’s challenges.
Overcome all of it! And create the version YOU want!

2021➡️2022➡️2023➡️2024
If you think a transformation is a straight line, you're wrong.
You are going to have ups and downs. Days you don't want to, and days you're ready to run through a brick wall.
My journey started as someone super skinny, super insecure. Then it moved to obsession over putting on weight. Meanwhile, ignoring the useless weight I was putting on.
I went from skinny to chunky and I'm currently on my way to trimming the fat and utilizing my weight for its most efficient purposes.
Prior to this year, I hated cardio. I just wanted to put on weight because mass excited me.
I ignored my shortness of breath, my clothes gripping me (not in my chest and biceps but around my stomach), and my constant tiredness.
I became obsessed with seeing the numbers on the scale increase | ignored the physical look in which I had.
I lifted out of obsession and not happiness. I became cruel to those around me who said anything I didn't want to hear.
I am becoming happier with the image I'm creating and want to spread positivity through fitness. This path is so daunting, but it is so worth it. I have met phenomenal individuals along the way and encourage everyone to start somewhere.
If you're not sure where to start, I'll gladly help you through my program. That way you have someone by your side through the highs and lows
I want to congratulate for winning the VamosFitness giveaway. He will be awarded a sweatshirt. And a weeks worth of a diet plan. Josh’s goal is to bulk this summer, so he’s receiving a head start with his journey. Congratulations, and thank you to everyone who participated in the giveaway.
Giveaway winner being announced at 8:30PM EDT!!!! Be ready 💪

You can go through life, achieve every milestone you set out to accomplish… and it still not be enough. These pieces of paper? Yes qualify me, but that’s not where my road ends. I live to see other’s improve themselves. The Fitness community has cheesy lines like “healthy body, healthy mind” or “ ”. These are valid but don’t truly capture what fitness can do for people. Fitness is a form of meditation, escape from reality, and ultimately improving the quality of one’s life.
No matter your age, gender, or physical experience… it’s within all of us to see the changes that need made. If your fitness level is walking on a treadmill….. GOOD. You’re doing something that many others won’t bother to do. Fitness is a way to have a “mini-success” everyday. You did something that took effort to do, and for that you can go through the rest of your day knowing you succeeded at one thing. These feelings stack on each other and compound. It’s never too late to start, and you’re only regret will only be “I wish I started sooner”.
Hey guys, I’m coach Nate Vamos. I am the creator of VamosFitness. I began my coaching journey roughly a year ago.
My fitness journey began during the dreaded period of Covid. I went from isolation to self transformation. I fell in love with fitness and the rewards in which it offers.
After years of good guidance and learning the basics I decided I wanted fitness to become more than a hobby. I studied and received my Nutrionist, Strength and Conditioning, and Personal Trainer certificate through ISSA. From there I worked with a few friends and family members along their journey.
I quickly learned it wasn’t my aspiration to teach others about fitness, but seeing their transformation…that gave me my drive to pursue my dream as a personal trainer. Although seeing the physical changes were inspiring, it was the mental changes they endured. I saw a deeper sense of self accountability, determination, and tenacity.
My specialty is helping young men aspiring to become the best version of themselves inside and out. Life can become daunting at moments you don’t expect, but I believe training the body is training the mind. On the path to physically improving oneself, we learn what we truly are capable of. Nothing is ever too little. Every marathon begins with the first step. I began my path with bodybuilding and recently have began a hybrid style of training. I do strength and conditioning in order to train for the marathons I have planned later this year. My style of training is often through humor and finding the bright side of a dark day. Cardio and weight training have become my path of self-discovery in mental fortitude and I hope to share the lessons I have learned on my journey with you all! 💪
