That aerobics room was hoppin, boppin, and rockin'! There were 13 participants who showed up and drummed away their stress and calories on Wednesday night at Drums Alive in Jonesboro. We are at NEA Baptist Wellness Center Wednesdays from 5:30--6:30pm. The music is always loud and the sweatin' is always fun! Come join us in an out-of-the-box workout that keeps you healthy and fit--from head to toe. Really. Your brain will thank you as much as your body. Give it a try! Y'all, there were 13 men and women on that floor for Drums Alive last night, at NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center! Thanks for getting out there. . .sweatin' and burnin' all those nasty leftover calories that we didn't need. Each and every one of you gave it your best and gave it your all. I really appreciate that, and I really appreciate each of you working so hard in this fun fitness class. Nothing like Drums Alive!

As I was getting my stuff together to leave after class last night, someone came back in the room looking for the keyfob to their vehicle. It was left on the ledge that frames the window at the back of the room. I checked all my bags, the equipment, and looked all over the room for it, but we didn't find it, so please check your bags, your purses, your jackets and pockets to be sure it wasn't picked up by someone accidentally thinking it was their key fob. Please let me or Kara or the front desk know if you have any info. about it. Thanks so much! Frankie~~

If you missed Drums Alive class last night, you missed a party! These 12 women and men showed up and showed out (in the very best way) to all kinds of songs. . .from a warm up to one of my Zumba-instructor days' songs, to a nature drumming cool-down song. From Peppermint Twist, to Locomotion, to Shout. to YMCA! They did it all. . .a fun, tough workout, burning mega calories, but having a great time and laughing through most of it. The videos I got, unfortunately, won't post, for some reason. I'll add them later if I can get my phone to cooperate~! Thanks, y'all, for everything each of you brings to our classes. What a class last night!! With 16, (Tracey Pilgrim had already left when somebody suggested taking a pic) it broke all our previous attendance records, and it went way over the top of the fun meter! You just had to be there, but if you weren't, get in on the party with us any Wednesday at 5:30pm. What a privilege it is to teach this class! Y'all are amazing!

We opened last night's class with "Let It Roll," followed by "Fireball." Little did I know when I made the playlist that it might be a predictor of how these participants were gonna be!! They definitely did let it roll, and they were fireballs while they were doing it!! Thanks for alll y'all do and all you are. . .y'all make class more fun than a workout class should be! We even had a beautiful mother/daughter/son trio (the Morrison's) bringin' their sweet family spirit and vibes to the class. What a fun family they are!! Annnnnnnnnnd, here's last night's class pics.
