Hey there! Thank you so much for landing here. I am Brittany, friends call me Britt, kids call me mom/momma/queen/bruh! I have 3 kids, been married to my husband for approaching two decades and together even longer. We reside in Vancouver and have a passion for traveling and experiencing what other destinations have to offer. I am a self proclaimed endurance sport junkie and love pushing myself beyond comfort zones to learn what more i am capable of. It is from my habits, traits and experiences that have landed me here as an Accountability Coach. In coaching groups, masterminds and 1:1 clients, I help alleviate overwhelm by getting clear on personal goals and values and create attainable action steps to ensure
you hit your goals. My coaching is driven by passion, motivation, connecting with new people and seeing them through their successes. I hope to connect and work with you!

There comes a point where growth stops looking like doing more, pushing harder, or proving how much you can handle.

It starts looking like clarity.

What actually matters?
What feels aligned?
What do I want to create more of?
And just as importantly… what do I no longer want to carry?

Once you realize this, everything shifts.

You start stepping out of that hustle culture mentality of always building, doing, achieving, and start creating from a place that feels so much more intentional.

You stop chasing busy and start choosing what’s right for you.

You create space for the things, and the people, that actually light you up.

You grow from alignment, not depletion.

Same ambition. Different energy.

And damn, does it feel good. 🤍

First day of fall. 🍂

There’s something about a season changing that always makes me take inventory.

What still feels good?
What needs to shift?
What am I holding onto simply because it’s familiar?

I don’t think every new season needs to come with a reinvention of ourselves. Sometimes it’s much simpler than that.

Change what isn’t working.
Keep the things that still light you up.
And give yourself permission to leave behind what you’ve outgrown.

You don’t have to take everything with you into the next season.

Happy fall. Here’s to choosing what fits now. 🤎

I think we spend way too much time trying to figure out where everything is going before we’re willing to begin.

What if it doesn’t work?
What if I change my mind?
What if this isn’t the thing?

Okay… but what if it leads you somewhere you never would have found by standing still?

Not everything needs to make sense before you start.

Sometimes you do the thing because you’re curious. Because something in you keeps pulling toward it. Because you want to know what happens when you try.

You don’t need certainty.
You need enough trust in yourself to find out. 🤍

We’re so good at marking time through our kids. The last day of school, the new grade, the graduation photos …we feel every one of their next chapters in our chest.

June asks a quieter question: what’s your next chapter?

It’s the halfway point of the year. The fresh start summer always brings. The closure of one season and the beginning of another. And it’s the perfect moment to stop waiting for permission to expand.

That’s why June inside Momentum Collective is about legacy and expansion - not burning it down and starting over, but building on what’s already working and deciding to go bigger on purpose. 🤍

DM me JUNE and I’ll tell you what this month looks like inside the room.

Dear Universe. I am ready ✨

Dear Universe. I am ready ✨

The theory is simple:

Planes leave when they leave. ✈️
They don’t wait until you’re more confident.
They don’t wait until you’ve done one more course. They don’t wait until life gets less busy.
They don’t wait until you feel 100% ready.

They leave.

And if you’re standing at the gate overthinking, second-guessing, or waiting for certainty, you’ll watch the opportunity take off without you.

Now think of it in your own life- waiting to start the business, waiting to prioritize their health, waiting to have the hard conversation, waiting to apply, launch, invest, ask, speak up, or take up space.

Not because YOU aren’t capable.
Because you’re waiting for a feeling that rarely comes first.

The people who create change in their lives aren’t necessarily the smartest, the most qualified, or the most fearless. They’re the ones willing to board before they have all the answers. ✨

They’re willing to learn while moving.
To figure it out as they go.
To trust themselves enough to take the next step.

When I look back at my own life, almost every meaningful thing started before I felt ready. From having a baby to launching a business…. Are you ever TRULY “ready” before you start? No! Because you’ve never experienced it before …you never know what that feeling is supposed to feel like.

None of those moments came with a giant neon sign saying, “You’re ready now.” They came with a choice.

Stay at the gate where it’s comfortable.
Or board the plane.

The beautiful thing is that growth doesn’t happen while you’re waiting in the terminal.
It happens in the air. ✨

So here’s your reminder:
The perfect time isn’t coming.
The opportunity in front of you already has a departure time.

The question is: are you getting on the plane?

Ten years ago nobody told me any of this. So I’m telling you now.

You are not too old. You are not too late. The guilt is a liar. The shift you’re feeling is not a breakdown, it’s a breakthrough. You don’t need to kill yourself on a cardio machine to feel good in your body. And you don’t need to have it all figured out before you start moving. ✨
You just need the right person in your corner. Someone who gets what this season actually feels like. Who is gentle enough to meet you where you are and strong enough to not let you stay there. Who will help you stop circling the same thoughts and actually move the needle on the things that matter.
💗
I have one spot open for one-on-one coaching for the next six months. We will work on all of it. The business. The body. The mindset. The life you keep describing to yourself and haven’t fully claimed yet.

If something in this carousel stopped you, that’s not a coincidence. That’s a signal 🚨

send me a DM and let’s talk about whether this spot is yours. 🤍
