This deserved a permanent post! What an amazing way to end our Hump Day Wednesday!! Our first-ever class at was a tremendous success. 24 amazing ladies showed up to get their fitness in this evening and we couldn’t have been more stoked! Let’s do it again Friday ladies!! Mahalo for making fitness accessible to these mana wahine! To my partners, and I wouldn’t wanna be in this next chapter of our fitness with anyone else. Thank you to our friends for showing up and getting it done, especially besties and some of their mini me’s! Who wants to join us for the next!?
