Not every is going to be a record setting day.
Somedays, it will be just showing up.
While others - you will go in with the intention of just working out some frustrations and you will end up achieving more than you thought possible.
Regardless of if you set a new PR or not.. you have to continue to show up for yourself.
Ask yourself, “Is this going to help me achieve my goals?” If the answer is no, then change needs to happen. If the answer is yes, then proceed and put in 110% effort!
Today just happen to be one of those days I needed to work out some frustrations in my mind and I conquered my body in the process. I feel amazing - and as though I may need a walker the rest of the week.. 🤣🤣🤣

Show up for yourself. No one else. You will never know what your body is truly capable if you don’t push yourself outside of the comfort zone.
It should feel comfortably hard, yet hardly comfortable.

Things happen in life. There is always something that can cause a setback. Sometimes.. life is lifing extra hard.
It is in these moments it is important to recognize that it is okay to pause and rest - as long as we don’t quit.
Your mind is a powerful tool. It needs to be exercised just as much as the rest of your body.
Love yourself. Give yourself some grace. Write down your goals. Then take the steps necessary to achieve those goals.

Y’all… let me share this with you. This client and friend of mine started working with me only a few months ago. And she has GRADUATED!
Yes, she worked out on her own before. But we made some slight adjustments in her training to get some more refined results.
While I am sad to see her not need me anymore.. I am beyond happy for her and the fact that I was able to help her.
I am so sorry that I have been a little absent lately ... we are reacclimating to some schedule changes over here in my household.
However, I wanted to remind everyone that I still only have 2 spots available. There will not be another spot opening in my schedule until spring.

Got a new shirt in the mail today. I love it. It’s a little smaller than I expected.. but that’s ok. Because….
Gaby and I tested the seams out today. Intense shoulder workout (which was comfortably hard and hardly comfortable). Shirt held up, but definitely a little tighter in the arms.
We poured every ounce of love possible into my shoulders tonight (and a sprinkle of hate - just for a little razzle dazzle 🤣🤣)..

You can’t sit pray for your muscles to grow - you’ve got to put in the work. (Even though I will still throw up my prayers while I put in the work).. I honestly did not think I lifted that much all together tonight…but here we are. I also know that I am not going to go through and do the math. 🤣🤣🤣
