Veteran owned and operated with 21 years combined military service, High Five Fitness offers in person and online personal training, group fitness, and corporate fitness options to help people of all walks of life achieve their individual fitness goals. We offer two locations for in person training, as well as travel to you for sessions if that is what you decide. By offering multiple training options, High Five Fitness provides solutions for even the busiest of members to achieve their fitness goals!
