Worship Soak & Movement
Monday, December 19th from 7:30-8:30
I have never taught a class like this but wanted to offer a time to move and reflect. This class will be for adults only. NO EXPERIENCE necessary. I am not a writer, singer or painter, i worship by movement and I want to offer that experience to others. The room will be dim, you will stay in your own space, you don't have to worry about your dancing, you will just be following along. This is a time for you to be quiet, stretch, move, sweat and worship in movement. A perfect way to start the Christmas week !
$20/person.
I will need at least 10 to register/will have to cap the class at 15.

Hello All!
Most of you know that I am not currently teaching this year. Taking some time off to keep my evenings free for my family. I sure do miss your faces and being with all my girls.. It's been tough not being able to spend time with the kids like I have been so blessed to do for sooo many years. I have so much choreography spinning in my head I am not sure what to do with that :)
I will be changing courses a little and getting back into personal training! Focused on strength training, core strength, flexibility, range of motion and fitness offering more freedom instead of restrictions! I do not love some of the aspects of the current fitness industry, but hope to offer some fresh perspectives that fit into peoples lives while maintaining right order in priorities :) I also hope to offer some adult dance classes for beginners at some point too, if that might be a fun way to get your exercise in!
