Are you missing SHiNE and UPLIFT??? Check out this free live class on YouTube this Saturday at 9:30 am. This class will feature both UPLIFT and SHiNE (standing routines only for UPLIFT). This is a great way to try out either format before classes return this fall. Happy 4th y’all 🇺🇸🎆
🇺🇸 Kick off your 4th of July with us!
We’re offering a FREE 1-hour combo class and would love to have you join us!
We’ll start with 30 minutes of UPLIFT Strength Fitness taught by Mallory, followed by 30 minutes of SHiNE Dance Fitness. It’s the best of both worlds, and we are so excited to move with you!
🏋️ Equipment needed: You can use things from around your house, but if you have them, we recommend:
• Light weights: 1 to 4 lbs
• Medium weights: 5 to 9 lbs
• Heavy weights: 10 to 15 lbs
• Resistance loop band
