Hawaii Island Barbell Club

Hawaii Island Barbell Club is a USAW sanctioned club at CrossFit AllStar on the Big Island of Hawaii. We utilize barbell movements for athlete development.

Hawaii Island Barbell Club is located at CrossFit AllStar in Waimea, Hawaii. We lift on Wednesday nights 6-8pm, and Sunday morning 8-10am. Christopher Matute is the lead coach of the program. CrossFit AllStar Unlimited Membership is required to participate in the club training. There is no additional cost to be in the club.
