I blame my colleagues for making me want to challenge myself. It may not be much, but running a 5K event per month is something to look forward to. Whether it's to improve your health, support a good cause, or get a medal like Wreck-It Ralph, it's something to get your body and mind right.

Plus, going from 204 lbs in January to 190 lbs now was an eye opener for me. Anyway, March's Lucky Pin, April's 3rd Med Recruiting BN, and May's Ft Knox Run to Remember are all featured here. June will be a busy one...

You can only "both sides" things for so long until you see that your sitting and doing nothing gets you that in return: nothing. Or that they take more from you or others than they normally do.

I'm not gonna tell you who to vote for. I'll always tell you vote for conscience and for long term, but if your views align with only having "concepts of a plan," working a fast food spot one day and ride a garbage truck another day, just to get a rise out of your opposition AND your followers (who really follow every word you say and will go to jail in your name), on top of trashing the Democratic process bc you THINK it was stolen but you're a freethinker and everyone else is sheep/everything is woke, then go back to sleep. World's gonna turn whether you get out of bed or not. Evolve your opinions past 2016 ffs.
