Play disc golf after going for a long run and you’ll feel the importance of leg drive.

Do yourself a favor and don’t get caught up on the numbers. It can help with getting a basic picture of what a disc does so you can make a comparison to another disc you know, but in the end you have to throw the “individual” disc to really know how it flies.

We all have something we’re working on that gives us headaches in the short term. Even as an instructor who knows the principles of executing an anhyzer flex shot properly, I still have a hard time with them right now. It takes practice and hard work to execute them consistently and accurately, so don’t think you “got it” just because your instructor explained something to you. You still have to put in the hours for it to be fruitful advice.
