Equine Sports Massage Therapy is a holistic approach to encourage the physical preservation and wellbeing of the equine. It can be used to encourage maximum performance potential, help prevent injury, or address muscle soreness. The number one issue of performance Is muscle soreness. Massage can help promote positive behavior changes, helping your horse preform better in the arena or out on the trails.

A few examples of sore muscles and imbalance:
poor disposition
Resistance to working or picking up the correct lead
Head tossing
Girth discomfort
Feeling short strides

If your equine is out of character or such symptoms display, your equine may be trying to tell you something. If you have a horse exhibiting any of these symptoms, Wild H Equine Sports Massage Therapy could help address an underlying issue with massage therapy.

There are so many benefits to equine massage:
Improves circulation, which promotes rapid healing and speeds recovery in muscle injury
Enhances muscle tone and increases range of motion
Eases muscle spasms
Reduces inflammation
Relieves tension and stress
Stimulates circulation in the lymphatic system and hastens the elimination of waste and toxins
Lengthens connective tissue
