From Japan to the United States — the path of Seiji Nakamura

As a teenager in Japan, he began with strict, traditional training: basics, discipline, repetition. No shortcuts.

In his early 20s, he moved to the U.S., where his journey continued inside the dojo of Tadashi Nakamura, founder of Seidokai Karate. There, he evolved from a dedicated practitioner into a young instructor — combining Japanese fundamentals with a more practical, pressure-tested approach.

Over the years, he built his system through experience, not theory:

• 8th Dan — Seidokai Karate
• 6th Dan — Jiu-Jitsu
• 5th Dan — Aikijujutsu

His philosophy remained simple:
Technique must work under pressure. Everything else is secondary.

Not a public figure — but a teacher who shaped real fighters.

Official: A New Stage of Development

During the press conference, Seiji Nakamura announced important changes in the organization’s structure and operations.

🔹 A decision was made to rename the organization, reflecting its modern direction and international focus
🔹 Certain authorities have been delegated to the renewed leadership to improve management efficiency
🔹 Emphasis is placed on systematic development, quality training, and expansion of activities

Meet Lugon Noël – A True Martial Arts Master

🇨🇭 Lugon Noël is a distinguished martial arts master with decades of experience. Holding a 3rd Dan in Nihon Tai Jujutsu, he has dedicated his life to perfecting and teaching martial arts. His journey includes expertise in Sai, training with Seibukan Budo Suisse, and Wing Chun under the guidance of D. Beddar in Paris.

Practicing martial arts since 1972, Lugon Noël is a shining example of discipline, dedication, and passion for the growth of the martial arts community. His contributions inspire practitioners worldwide to strive for excellence and embrace the philosophy of martial arts.

The International Full Contact Karate Federation (IFKF) is an organization that unites clubs and athletes practicing full contact karate. This federation is engaged in promoting and developing full contact karate on an international level, organizing competitions and gradings, as well as ensuring the standardization of rules and technical requirements for training and competitions.

IFK emphasizes the traditions of karate while integrating elements of modern sports rules, allowing athletes to develop both technically and physically. The federation conducts training and competitions for various levels, from beginners to professionals, and fosters a culture of respect, discipline, and self-improvement among its participants.

国際フルコンタクト空手連盟（IFKF）は、フルコンタクト空手を実践するクラブや選手を結集する組織です。この連盟は、フルコンタクト空手の普及と発展を国際的に推進し、競技会や昇級試験を組織し、トレーニングや競技のための規則や技術的な要件の標準化を確保しています。

International Full Contact Karate Federation (IFKF) Founded in 2019, Kancho Seiji Nakamura 8 Dan. This federation was originally established in 2012 in the United States in the regional. But later it was decided to spread to European countries and Japan. Honbu Central Hall is currently in the United States under Kancho himself, and chief instructor Derek Thompson. The Executive Committee is located in Germany and is headed by Shihan Vladislav Krayovsky
We are a new organization that has the tent of developing various contact martial arts. The basis is Seido karate, Kyokushin karate, and jiu-jitsu. Membership in our federation is voluntary and open. Each organization has the right to have its own symbols but also using our logos.
At the moment we already have ten countries. and more than 10,000 members. We acknowledge your efforts in joining us but also verify the information.
