Desde que empezó en Septiembre 2024, Susana ha confiado en el proceso, logrando resultados sostenibles. La meta ha sido: Construir músculo y bajar grasa corporal poco a poco. ¡Sin prisas, sólo progreso! Susana es muestra de que el número en la balanza no lo es todo.

¿Qué cosas han sido clave en su transformación?

🧡 El apoyo de su pareja.
💚 Disfrutar su comida–sí, su última comida es un cupcake.
🧡 Hacer espacio para ocasiones especiales sin culpa.
💚 4 días de cardio porque ¡realmente le gusta!
🧡 Entrenamiento de fuerza donde el enfoque no es sólo en aumentar el peso pero en incorporar y mejorar la técnica e intensidad de los ejercicios.
💚 Toma sus check-ins en serio, y son muy detallados, lo que nos ha permitido ajustar su plan de manera eficaz.

¿Lo mejor? Susana, siempre pregunta, se mantiene curiosa y está aprendiendo todo el tiempo. Su enfoque no es sólo en perder peso, sino en crear hábitos que perduren y encontrar un balance que se ajuste a ella. 👏
