Hello everyone. We am super excited to announce the updated version of Gains and Gaming KC. Over the last couple years we have been working on developing this community and figuring out what direction we wanted to go.

Our biggest goal is to create a community that focuses on health and wellness for what we call "the average nerd." This includes everyone who enjoys books, anime, video games, TTRPG, and content creators.

We want to promote good physical, nutritional and mental health for all. Here at the beginning we are starting small with just a monthly blog post and our Discord community. Soon we will add a subscriber area that will give one on one access to develop a nutrition plan and a exercise plan for our subscribers.

As we progress we will add more features and more services. One of which will be a peer support team for our nerdy community give a better start to helping break the taboo talk of mental health.

Thank you for those who have supported us until now and to those that continue to support us. We are looking forward to seeing how this journey goes for our community.
