The 12u girls were on fire this weekend! They went 6-0 and took 1st place in the Dylans Army tournament. It may have been hot but so were they! These girls could not be contained and scored over 70 runs on the weekend.

What you do when no one is looking, will dictate the type of player and person you will be.

4 Days a Week. No Excuses.

If you want to actually get better — not just maintain — you have to practice at least 3–4 days a week.

It doesn’t matter if you’re 10U or 18U.
It doesn’t matter if it’s winter or summer.
It doesn’t even matter if you “don’t feel like it.”

You don’t need every session to be an hour long.
👉 Two days can be your “long” days — drills, bullpens, lessons, long toss, whatever.
👉 Two days can be your “short” days — 20 minutes of focused work.

If you’re not playing games on the weekend?
Add another.

The players who improve the fastest aren’t always the most talented…
They’re the most consistent.

Even 20 minutes a day compounds.
And when next season rolls around, you’ll be the one everyone notices — because you quietly outworked them all year.

I can’t say enough about how these girls battled today. Yesterday didn’t go our way but their bats were on fire today and every time we would get down, we would come right back! These 14u girls battled the elements today but came up just short in the end. Nice finish to this fall season.

Well both the 12s and 14s in action today and it was a long day at the ball fields with the first game at 8am and the last game at 7pm! The 14s went 1-1-1 and the 12s went 2-1 on the day. Back bright and early for another 8am start. Good luck girls!

It wasn’t easy but the girls made it to the ship and just came up short losing 5-3 for a 2nd place finish. Way to battle girls!
