Professor Jerome Fonseca teaches the art of Kajukenbo, Kali, and Jiu-Jitsu. Fonseca Kenpo-Jujitsu offers group training sessions and private lessons. The programs we offer are Basic Knife Instructor, Combat Stick Fighting, and Rapid Assault Tactics (RAT). Our monthly prices average between $35 - $45. The FKJ Club was blessed with more beautiful weather this evening. We conducted our warm up drills. Went heavy on the kicking shield combination drills. Did couple hand trapping techniques and finished off with some double sticks coordination drills.

The Kajukenbo Escrima (KE) certification continued this past weekend on a beautiful Hawaii Saturday morning.
I performed KE Pinion #5 for Master Renel. We went over Pinion #9, Linear Form, and Circular Form. Also, reviewed the takedowns for each of the KE Entries. Lastly, we discussed about some Filipino Martial Arts history in the Central Valley and Bay Area’s.
