Not for aesthetics.
Not to “earn” food.
Not because you had to be perfect.
But because your body was designed to move. 💪🏾
This week looked like:
🚴🏾♀️ cycling
🏋🏾♀️ workouts
☀️ walks in the sun
🤍 movement with friends
🧠 movement for my mental health
Movement is more than fitness — it’s stress relief, energy, confidence, community, healing, and showing up for yourself one step at a time. Some days it’s intense. Some days it’s just a walk with headphones on. Both count.

My scale finally stopped lying on me. 😂💪🏾
Under 180 lbs for the first time in YEARS. Turns out balancing hormones, reducing inflammation, managing blood sugar, and handling bloat matters too. The squad: Estroven, omega-3s, ashwagandha, berberine… and a little bit of delusion and discipline. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The sun was in my face… and somehow I always manage to take the weirdest pictures when that happens. ☀️😂 But honestly, it felt good to just stand there and soak it in for a moment.
Lately, I’ve been taking life a little slower.
No heavy workouts. No overextending myself. Just focusing on completing the small tasks each day that move me closer to my goals and the future I’m building.
This season feels more like a reset than a race. A chance to appreciate the simple things, listen to my body, and move with intention instead of pressure.
And the small wins are showing up. I’ve lost two pounds and noticed my inflammation going down — which tells me my body is responding to the slower pace and the care it needed.
Sometimes progress doesn’t come from doing more… it comes from doing things differently.
Right now I’m resetting my pace, resetting my focus, and letting my nervous system breathe a little.
