Evan had a great showing at the Greater Houston Race Series #2 this weekend. He ran the race on a practice engine and got everything he could out of it, ending up on the podium in 3rd place. Looking forward to what's possible when we put the race engine back on.

Much thanks for the support from the karting community at today. With encouragement from the 4th place season points holder, Blaise Dorenbaum, we assembled a kart and got Evan on track with minutes to spare for the 206 Cadet final race today so he could collect points and remain in 3rd for the season. Thanks to Craig Ingram for the spare chassis, Andrei Dorenbaum for the spare motor, Shawn Wyatt and Andrei for the wrenching, and Jesse Dunham for expertly installing a seat in record time! Congrats to Blaise who took 1st place today in the race, but couldn't stay for the podium... Skylar was happy to fill in.

2nd place at the Greater Houston Race Series #5 on Sunday. The top 4 kids ran in an unbelievably tight pack the entire race, and our hard work all season allowed us to really stay with them this time and put ourself in a position to get on the podium.

A great start is all it takes sometimes - got a good jump pushing the leader at the start of the final and pulled away 2nd. Was able to hold that spot while 3rd and 4th battled the entire race. 2nd Place in Greater Houston Race Series #4 at Gulf Coast Kartway.
