I talk to so many women who feel like every symptom they have comes with one solution: another prescription.

And listen — medication absolutely has its place.

But it’s not the whole story.

Most people aren’t craving more pills…

They’re craving CLARITY.

They want to know WHY their body is TIRED, inflamed, GAINING WEIGHT, anxious, or BLOATED.

They want someone to connect the dots.

This is where functional wellness - changes the game. When you support hormones, nervous system, gut, and inflammation at the root….your body finally gets a chance to actually heal — NOT just COPE.

Fresh ingredients. Bold flavor. From scratch —

Honey Garlic Chicken
🍗 Fresh Garlic, local honey, lemon, chili pepper, salt /pepper! Grilled to perfection!

🥗 Kale Salad w/ fresh cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, mint and cilantro, EVOO, fresh lemon juice, pink Himalayan salt!

🧆Hummus made from scratch - or you can snag any clean hummus! Aim for 3 ingredients only! Chickpeas, EVOO, water, salt, Tahini and lemon… you can flavor it with so many things! Roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onion etc!

Ready in under 30 minutes

Because the DMs have spoken — it’s egg bite time!

✅Kid Approved “on the go” favorite! Because let’s be real - I am not the mom making breakfast at 5am.
✅Easy to meal prep - lasts 3-4 days in the fridge
✅Protein packed - best way to start your day. myth or fact? Do eggs really contribute to brain health and help you pass that test?
✅Customizable - literally can add anything from the fridge in these & they would taste amazing. So throw in the leftover rotisserie chicken, or the steak from last night!

I usually eyeball and don’t measure, but here is the approximate measurements:

Basic recipe:
- eggs (6-12)
- 1 cup cottage cheese or 1/2 cup milk to 6-8 eggs. You can leave this out, but the bites will deflate once cooling. They still taste amazing and that is usually how I make them)!
- salt / pepper
- olive oil / tallow / etc
- your favorite add-ins

My Favorite Add-ins:
•Bacon & Gruyère
•Pancetta or Chorizo & Sweet potatoes
•Veggie (spinach, mushroom, onion, potatoes)
•Sun-Dried tomato, feta, Kalamata olives, kale
•Cherry tomatoes, basil, fresh mozz.
•Jalapeño, pepper jack, corn, black bean
•Italian sausage & pepper
•Prosciutto & Parm

Sauté the add-ins that need to be cooked
Whisk the eggs & cottage cheese/milk
Combine
Top with cheese and or herbs - S&P
Pop in a silicone muffin sheet or whatever it’s called & or be sure to spray w/ EVOO if you use another!

For a long time, I thought being productive meant always working, always saying “yes,” always pushing. But lately, I’ve learned something powerful:

Balance isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.

This hour on the court isn’t time “off” — it’s time in.
Time to reconnect with myself.
Time to breathe, move, laugh, sweat.
Time to remind myself that rest and joy are part of the work, not a break from it.
No matter how busy life gets, we owe it to ourselves to show up — not just in boardrooms or deadlines, but also in the places that feed our souls.
So today, this is me choosing balance.
