We run 6 days a week Monday- Saturday.
Free women’s HIIT Bootcamp style worout, open to all women +18, held outdoors, and ends witb a Circle of Trust ❤️ All levels of ability are welcome! Our Mission: FiA stands for Females in Action, which is a community of women dedicated to making each other stronger in all areas of our lives through activities that include bodies, minds, and hearts. A FiA workout is a promise, always free, open to ALL women, held outdoors, and ends with a circle of trust.

We had a fun hike last Saturday at Stephen F Austin State park ❤️. The weather was still cool and the 3.5 miles went so fast. We saw all sorts of beautiful plants and trees and even had some blackberries. It was some much needed fellowship time.
