What a GRATE day here in F3 Lone Star. Over 120 PAX made it out to get 1% better. Today was a special but somber day. One of our brothers from F3 FTX (AO - The Tank), lost his daughter this week in her short battle with aplastic anemia.

We wanted to honor Pax Magenta be wearing magenta in the gloom.

In F3, it’s not about the workout. It’s about the brotherhood forged by doing hard things AND being there for your brothers to let them lean on the man next to him in hist time of need.

A few additional things to note:

🚨Blood type AB & A CANNOT be accepted 🚨

🔔1st screen is onsite near NRG or Med Center: 2 hours (NRG is easier access)

🔔 1-2 days to process, if accepted (and time will be critical here), you'd have to go back for one more blood draw and pick up a medication onsite to take that evening (self injection), then following day back onsite for 3 hour session.

🔔 If you do plan to go this week, stop drinking energy drinks and taking any Advil/Tylenol types as that will cause delay

🤲 Magenta’s 2.0 is in need of prayers and blood donations. She is fighting aplastic anemia and is in a ICU. Please see link below. If you call the number they will ask a couple basic questions and then set up an appointment at MD Andersen med center to take a blood sample to see if you are a match to Olivia.

Great 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship) happening today as pax from all across F3 Lonestar tackle the Coastal Plains Relay, a 75 mile group running/rucking event from Katy to Surfside Beach.

Many pax took to the gloom this morning for the THIRD installment of The Coastal Plains Relay.

F3 Lone Star spawned forth from FTX and thereby F3 Katy where HIMs from the Cinco Ranch are of Katy join in the gloom to better their fitness, forge fellowship and strengthen their faith.
