Forming habits that generate lasting impact!
Just under two years ago, Owen began taking his fitness journey seriously. Along the way he decided to go for a huge goal: 1000lb total in squat, bench, and deadlift. Last week we got it: 400 lb squat✅, 205 lb bench✅, and 405 lb deadlift ✅ Literally from 0 to 1000 in just two years. AND a pr vertical jump in the same day!

Training results so far! Marce's strength foundation is impressive, with a 500+ lb squat and 300+ lb bench; our focus shifted to enhancing quickness and explosiveness. Mission accomplished! He's now jumping higher, changing direction faster, and accelerating better. Despite shedding some fat mass, Marce's power output per body weight has increased, evident in his body-weight-relative back squat performance. Looking forward to continuing this progress!

Training results since November 2023 are in - impressive numbers and progress despite an ankle fracture last fall. Excited to see these improvements translate to performance on the field 💪
