We have loved these past summer months with you. The days have been filled with hard work in and out of the pool, fun activities, and so much success.

It’s hard to believe we’re already at our final week of summer training! What an amazing summer it has been. Our swimmers have worked so hard and made HUGE improvements—not only in their skills, but also in their confidence.
We are so grateful for all of the families who have allowed us to be a part of their busy summer schedules. Thank you for trusting us with your swimmers and supporting them throughout the season!

Congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed at the AAU Junior Olympics!
We are beyond proud of everything you accomplished this season. Your hard work, dedication, and determination paid off, and it was incredible to watch you compete on the national stage. You are bringing home medals, rings, a banner and tons of memories!
A special thank you to our amazing parents. You were the true rockstars in the stands! From the long drives and endless packing to making sure your swimmers were rested, fueled, and ready to race, your support never went unnoticed. Thank you for every early morning, every encouraging smile, every thumbs-up, and everything you do behind the scenes to make these opportunities possible.
Congratulations, GNST! What an unforgettable week.
The summer competitions are over but we are still offering training sessions as we know our swimmers have potential and will want to be ready for the next season.

Wow! What an amazing week our swimmers had in Des Moines!
Their hard work and dedication all summer long paid off in a big way at the AAU Junior Olympics.
Every one of our GNST swimmers in the 13 & Older age group earned a spot on the podium—an incredible accomplishment!
To top it all off, the Team Nebraska girls captured the National Championship title! What an unforgettable week representing Nebraska and GNST.
Congratulations to all of our swimmers on an amazing finish!

Here’s this week’s training schedule!
Thursday: Join us for our Mini Meet!
•Warm-ups begin at 4:15 PM
•The meet starts at 4:50 PM with the distance events, followed by the shorter races.
After the meet, we'll celebrate the season with a team meal at Pizza Ranch! Everyone is welcome to join us.
•Adults: $13
•Children: $1.25 × their age
•Each family will be responsible for their own meal.
Friday & Saturday: Coach Kyle, Coach Sarah, and Coach Gabby will be hosting a Nike Swim Camp at KHS from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Registration link is in the comments.
