What is “Coach by Color?”
It is a amazing system from Indoor Cycling Group and Life Fitness IC6 bike.
All modern indoor cycling or SPINNING programs now incorporate POWER training into the workout, just like a real pro cyclist.
Power is the actual load/force/energy output to the pedals.
Basically your effort. Once you set up your console or account, the Zone Colors change based on your effort and speed/cadence.

So, as an instructor, when I give you the zone, road we are riding, its easy and intuitive to where the resistance and cadence needs to be for the proper/optimal pace. No longer have to worry about turns, clicks, even levels. Just add levels until your color matches.
