💪💪💪Sled Push!! In The Edge we have the self powered tread mills, which have many cool workouts. One is the sled push, you can set the resistance to the top and it is equivalent to pushing 250lbs!

You’ll feel this exercise in the lower body mostly, glutes and hamstrings, but the shoulders and core are working super hard to keep you stable!

Do you train harder solo? Or with a buddy? In the edge we can see both sides… solo training can be great for mindfulness and proprioception, but partner/group training creates a crazy high energy that takes things to the next level! 🔝🔝🔝
