4 weeks of Muscle Burns Fat in the books! This second time around of completing it is in a whole lot of different level. My muscles are stronger and there's a lot more I am able to accomplish physically around and outside the house. Mission accomplished as diseases are combatted! Next program up is MBFA. Bring it on!

Celebrating 2021 and all the efforts I put in to keep myself healthy.🎉🍷💐 It sure was not easy. Some days I felt good and some days I was dragging myself and putting off the exercises. Nevertheless starting up again each time or doubling up workouts to keep up with timeline was worth the results. I certainly felt a big difference in working out and not with a better or worse mood. I have that choice. I am glad to choose correctly for the most part. And I’m proud of every efforts more than the results. Now I’ve started 2022 right with Let’s Get Up Beachbody workout. Looking forward to another awesome year! Keep it coming!

Finished my 9 week Control Freak Beachbody program! Not only is my body stronger with a tighter core but my mind is much clear paving the way for a better start to this new year 2022. Grateful to our Creator who watches over my endeavors. Lost 3 lbs and 7 inches, done!!

Fighting the holiday see-food diet with 9 week control freak program by Beachbody. Just too many yummy dishes to say no to haha! Program is a beast and I feel rock solid! Oh well I gotta be honest though that I still try to control what I eat so I don’t waste my program.

It’s been awhile that I have posted. I have just finished a program in Beachbody called Muscle Burns Fat (MBF). And now I am in the beautiful island of Hawaii. Even while on vacation I still make sure to keep fitness and diet in works. I scheduled hikes (5 hikes is ambitious... we’ll see), swimming, gym and my favorite shakeology. Further for diet I focus on salad mix. I feel great!

5K Race done in 10 minutes! I’m grateful for pushing play for 30 days. The persistence and consistency paid off! It wasn’t always a smooth day. There were challenges along the way and sometimes I had to do back to back workout in a day to make up for a missed day. Giving up was never an option!
