One of two Velvet Drives I’m rebuilding in the shop right now! Can’t get enough of these rebuilds, fun stuff :)

Removed, disassembled, cleaned, tested, stripped and painted. Basically brand new injectors going back in this little Beta diesel. Getting a good guy mobile again. Fun stuff! :)

By the way, I’m the only injector rebuilder in the keys, so bring them all on! Even just for a preventative maintenance cleaning and testing, keep those motors running like a top!

Westerbeke 63C removed from a 42’ sailboat and disassembled for a full rebuild, going to mic everything and replace what’s needed, polish cam and crank, cylinder hone, etc. then back together with a fresh paint job!

40’ sailing cat needed a new oil pan and motor mounts. All in a days work! No more oil leak and fresh rubber under the engine would make any boat owner happy :)

Got to pull this Twin Disc transmission out of a Bertram 50! It was exciting, fun, and took a lot of innovation to make it happen. Happy to help get it on its way for a rebuild.
