We don’t talk enough about our wrist mobility
Most of us have abused or overused our hands for a majority of our day and for most of us it’s hours of daily computer work or simply gripping items all day for years. And just like all other muscular imbalances pain is commonly a result of overactive and shortening of muscles coupled with under-active and lengthened muscles causing length tension imbalances of the muscular system such as the forearm and hands.
This video is a short piece that explain how to release the overactive muscles of the hands and forearms to improve the function of the wrists.

This weekend I will begin recording instructional training videos with a focus in corrective exercise and fitness.
Corrective Exercise is a process of rebuilding the human movement system. In life we conform to new shapes that are created through how our body compensates for a variety of reasons which could be from old injuries, performing repetitive tasks loaded or unloaded overtime, or from simply being inactive or living sedentary lives. And for many this can really leave us feeling lots of discomfort and pain when we move or when performing certain tasks, and so I am here to help my community learn what I’ve learned over the last 20+ years, and that’s how to fix our human movement system so we move better, feel better and perform well in everything we do.
I’m excited to offer this content for you all so please engage and comment and leave feedback if you find this information valuable so I know what workings for you or what you would like me to focus on next.
