Friday: CFTA yoga 8:15 am
Saturday: Subbing at Devils Thumb Spa 4:30
Sunday: Mtn Moon 7:30 am renew/restore

Join me on Monday nights in June/July/August for Summer Yoga-outside in the fresh air! Every Monday night at 6:00 pm we will meet for all-level flow yoga!

1st Monday of Month-Cooper Creek Square
2nd Monday of Month - Pole Creek Golf Course
3rd Monday of Month - Wolf Park, Winter Park
4th Monday of Month - HIdeaway Park Trail, on bridge just below park-next to River on wooden walkway!
Fee: $10.00 per session (cash or check)
