I just wanted to say thank you, especially to Monny our instructor, for being extra kind and gentle when my husband and I were at IFLY 3 weeks ago. I was nervous about getting dizzy and sick, and he took extra good care of me so that didn’t happen. Thank you.
Also, the little show at the end was fantastic!

We had a reservation for today and luckily checked online to see if there was anything else we needed to do for our visit- thank goodness we did because no one bothered to email customers with flight reservations to let us know that you'd had to close. Of course, having to close is out of your control, and is understood, but would it have been so hard to send out emails to families with reservations? We would have driven over an hour to show up at a closed location with our three children. Absolutely awful customer services, especially considering the price of this experience/package.

Are you open? We tried to reach you by phone today. Your website says you're open but your phone goes to a voicemail that doesn't call us back. Please either call back or let us know you're open by responding to this post and by providing a # that will ACTUALLY BE ANSWERED by A HUMAN.

Can someone contact me on rescheduling my flight? It was slated for tomorrow, but received a call to reschedule. When I call back their is message stating they are closed. I was wondering if I can transfer the flight to the Baltimore location.
