One-on-one coaching for real estate agents, real estate team leads, and real estate brokers. The gains my clients make are theirs and theirs alone.
I made the decision in 2010 after building a successful real estate sales business to follow a passion that had dwelled in me long before entering the real estate industry, and that was to help people achieve both their personal and professional goals. I’ve always had a soft spot for those that pursued entrepreneurship, and I personally come from a line of business owners including my father and m
y grandmother and grandfather. I believe small business owners, like real estate agents, are the backbone to what makes America great! What I identified over the years working with real estate agents and brokers at all levels was the challenges faced in the design and current status of the industry. Numbers have become more important than the success of the individual agent. Real Estate brokerages offer coaching, yet it is a one-size fits all approach; “It worked for this person so it will work for you.” I’ve done this for too long as a master of observation to know this is simply not true. Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Brokers would approach me asking for a personalized coaching experience, and I knew that with my experience and extensive training as a coach that I could meet their needs. Thus, Red Hawk Coaching was born in 2017 designed to provide professional coaching services for Real Estate Agents, Team Leaders, Real Estate Brokers, and Real Estate Industry Partners to take consistent and intentional action that gets desired RESULTS with MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY. I love what I do, and that is to help create SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE in the lives of my clients through coaching. I do not take the credit for my clients successes because they put in the work. I enjoy being on the journey with them throughout our time together asking great questions that get my clients to think differently, feel differently, and take the actions necessary to achieve and surpass their goals. I am truly Blessed by my clients, and each client I treat like family. Those that participate in my world are not a number, and each coaching client is unique and treated as such. Those that hire me appreciate the fact that the coaching received is customized to their specific needs. Would you not want that personalization and treatment provided by a coach? I am a graduate of Texas A&M University. Professionally, I've had 18 years of Real Estate Industry experience including a sales career, management, training, and coaching real estate agents. In 2017, I launched Red Hawk Coaching. SEE RED HAWK COACHING IN THE PRESS & MEDIA
Outside of helping high achievers, I’ve been married to my beautiful bride, Laurie, for 20 Years, and we have two amazing children Emma and Logan, and two dogs, Stella Gumbo, a Catahoula Leopard, and Bailey, a miniature dachshund. Our family is in the stage of life where outside hours are dedicated to football games and after school activities, and we enjoy traveling and creating new memories. If you’re looking for results, maximum efficiency, and substantial change both in business and life, I would invite you to a conversation to explore how I can help you, like I’ve helped hundreds of others, soar both in business and life.

Calling Texas REALTORS® who are ready to elevate how they engage with their Sphere of Influence.
Since 2010, I’ve spent more than 15,000 hours coaching real estate professionals, helping agents build businesses that generate consistent referrals and repeat clients.
This isn’t a surface-level conversation.
In this class, I’ll walk you through proven strategies, systems, and scripts you can begin implementing in your business immediately to generate more opportunities from the people who already know, like, and trust you.
If you’re comfortable staying where you are, this class probably isn’t for you.
But if you’re ready to level up your business, strengthen your relationships, and create a more predictable pipeline of referrals, then this is a session you don’t want to miss.
I am working with someone whose business netted $15,000 in 2024.
This year, that same business will net nearly $250,000.
That didn’t happen because of luck.
It happened because potential was uncovered—and then acted on.
One of the gifts I’ve been given (and truly enjoy using) is the ability to see what’s possible in people before they fully see it themselves. Through coaching—whether inside my real estate organization or with small business owners—I ask better questions. The kind that unlock clarity, confidence, and direction.
I get to have powerful conversations every day that move people closer to the life and business they actually want… not just the one they’ve settled for.
So here’s the real question:
What would your business look like in 2026 if you stopped playing small?
If you’re a real estate agent ready to legitimately take things to the next level—or a small business owner ready to build something meaningful—I’d love to have that conversation.
Send me a message. Let’s set up a Zoom call and explore what’s possible.

💥 Be a Person of Action, Not a Prisoner of Feelings 💥
Too many people wait to feel motivated before taking action.
Here’s the truth — motivation follows movement. 👣
If you only act when you feel like it, you’ll stay stuck in the same place, talking about change instead of creating it.
Successful people don’t let emotions drive the car — they let commitment steer, and discipline keep the engine running. 🚗💨
Your feelings can be valid and unreliable.
Your actions, however, are what move you forward.
🔥 Don’t wait to feel ready.
🔥 Don’t wait for perfect conditions.
🔥 Take the step — then let your feelings catch up.
Be a person of ACTION today. Your future self will thank you. 🙌

Play Big — Even When It Makes Others Uncomfortable
When you choose to play big, you’re going to encounter people who don’t like it.
After 20 years in business, I can tell you there are two main reasons why this happens.
1️⃣ They see you as a threat.
This one’s all about mindset. People who operate from scarcity—believing there’s not enough success to go around—will always get scarcity. Those who think in abundance attract opportunity.
Now, abundance doesn’t mean “limitless.” That’s a nice slogan, but here’s how I see it:
Abundance is a mindset that puts you in the path of opportunity—when you’re willing to put in the work.
2️⃣ They’re not willing to play at your level.
This is even more common. Some people want the same results you’re achieving but aren’t willing to match your effort, commitment, or boldness. Instead of leveling up, they criticize those who do.
Don’t get caught up in either of these traps.
Just play big—and let the cards fall where they may.
Here’s the thing: when you play big, you don’t just elevate yourself—you bring others with you.
Play from scarcity, and you’ll push people away.
Play from entitlement, and you’ll be left with crumbs.
I believe God created each of us to do amazing things—not to live in scarcity or obligation.
For those who’ve been in business for a while… have you seen this too?
And for those in the corporate world, tell me—doesn’t this show up there as well?
Let’s talk about it 👇

Slow Down to Speed Up 🚀
The last couple of weeks have had me on the road — training events in San Antonio and Corpus Christi. When I travel, I get a lot done: calls, planning, and maybe most importantly, time to reflect.
Somewhere along the way, reflection became undervalued. Everyone’s chasing what’s next, the next shiny thing, the next opportunity — rarely stopping to ask why or what did I learn from the last one?
But reflection is where the growth happens.
It’s where the dots connect — that moment when something clicks and you realize, “Ah, that’s why this happened… that’s why that door closed… that’s why that person came into my life.”
Lessons are everywhere, but we can only grab them when we slow down long enough to see them.
Those lessons shift our perspective. They shape new decisions. They drive new actions. And those actions? They create new results.
It’s a cycle that repeats if you allow it — and that’s how we become the best version of ourselves.
So here’s my challenge to you this week:
Take time to pause. Reflect. Ask yourself:
💡Why did this happen?
💡What can I do differently next time?
💡Is this giving me energy or draining it?
💡What might change if I truly applied what I learned?
Slow down. Reflect. Grow. Then move forward — stronger and wiser.

🚨 Are You in Survival Mode in Your Business?
If you’re running a business and feel like you’re just trying to survive day-to-day—you’re not alone. But here’s the hard truth: nothing changes until you do.
🧠 It starts with mindset.
You’ve got to stop operating from fear and start acting with intention. Replace panic with purpose. Ask yourself: What can I control today that moves me forward?
🔥 Then take action—TODAY. Not tomorrow.
Pick up the phone and call someone in your database.
Post something of value to your audience.
Make one ask—for a referral, a review, or a meeting.
Cut what isn’t working. Double down on what is.
💥 Don’t wait for momentum to show up—create it.
🎯 If you’re serious about getting out of survival mode and into a place of growth, let’s talk.
Hiring a coach can be the catalyst your business needs—and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

Ever feel like you're doing all the "right things" but still not seeing the results you want?
Maybe it’s because you’re living the 80/20 rule… backwards.
We eat "pretty well" but hope the gym will fix it all.
We speak a lot but rarely listen.
We dream big but don’t put in the daily work.
We chase fun and wonder why we feel unfulfilled.
We want to be understood but forget to give.
When we reverse the real formula for success, it's no wonder we feel stuck or question our progress.
This image is a powerful reminder that it's not always about doing more—it’s about doing the right things more often.
🔥 Drop in the comments:
Which one of these 80/20s do you need to flip and focus on?
Let’s get real and grow forward together. 💬👇

You can have excuses, or you can have results—but you can’t have both. This simple truth is one of the most powerful pieces of advice anyone can receive if they’re truly committed to leveling up in both business and life. The difference between those who achieve success and those who stay stuck in mediocrity often comes down to this binary choice.
Since 2010, as a business coach, I’ve heard just about every excuse imaginable for why someone’s business isn’t where they want it to be. Occasionally, I still hear a new excuse that makes me shake my head. The fact is, excuses don’t nurture growth; they suffocate it. They stunt progress and, in some cases, even cause regression. Excuses are toxic and reveal weakness.
When things aren’t going your way, one of the most powerful questions you can ask is, “What’s my role in this situation? What habits—or lack thereof—got me here? What decision and action can I take to move closer to my goals? What have I not done that’s left me in this less-than-ideal spot?”
Reflect on what you’re doing—or not doing—right now. Create a plan. Execute it. You’ll start seeing results. They may not be perfect at first, but they’ll move you forward, not backward. And if the result is failure, treat it as a lesson, make adjustments, and keep going.
Results—good or bad—are your compass for growth. They’re the light guiding your journey, both personally and professionally. Stop making excuses. Chart a new course today.
Do you want to hire a coach that won't allow you to stunt your greatness with excuses, send me a DM, and we can set up a call together to explore what coaching would look like for you.
