One thing we discussed for this summer is getting his shot off quicker off the dribble.
➖First clip shows that the ball is being adjusted as the ball is being gathered (slow-mo)
➖Our focus is to get a quick shooting motion off the dribble. Minimize adjustment and create a muscle memory that allows for a quicker get up.
➖Rest of the video shows the ball is going up into his shot as the ball is coming up from the dribble. No adjustment, and is a quicker motion.

1️⃣Create contact finish at the rim
2️⃣Use contact to create space with step back
3️⃣Bounce off contact, push ball out. Read defense to decide if you have the shot, Pump fake (in this video) or Hesi to blow by when defender catches up.
4️⃣Defender cuts you off, low pound pick up (shown in the video), euro step, etc... to finish in the lane.
