Turf Project Update: KSD tentative timeline for the turf project, has the field hockey/lacrosse fields finished end of August, soccer field completed end of Sept., baseball/softball complex done in Mid-November. This timeline could change due to weather, staffing, supply and contingency planning.
Jeremiah Walker, sophomore second baseman, shared how he thinks the new turf baseball field will impact the baseball program. “[I think] the turf field will impact the Kirkwood baseball program tremendously,” Walker said “It will contribute to the overall beauty of the high school campus and will increase the players desire to be competitive and win.”

SLYSA would like to take a moment to thank all our clubs and their teams for their patience and support during the GotSport outage this past week. Please understand that SLYSA has no access to any league data either.
We have been in communication with GotSport and they have released a statement that you can view using this link https://gotsport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12496954835863. Under the assumption per GotSport we should be back in working order sometime next week. We have worked through getting a temporary schedule for last weekend (2/18-19) and this weekend (2/25-26) games back online through the below link.
2/25-2/26 schedule link: https://events.gotsport.com/events/default.aspx?EventID=90454
Please share the link with your teams to allow them to print their game card and then write in the team data; coaches, player names, jersey #, ID number and DOB.
At this time, please hold your new reschedule requests until we are back in full working order. If you have already been in contact with Katie or Cory, they will reach out when the time comes to finish your pending request in a short timeline listed from them.
Admins, coaches and team managers, if you have any questions, please contact:
Katie Dennis (girls) [email protected]
Cory Nava (boys) [email protected]
Please let us know your team’s name and age in the title of the email.
Again, thank you all for your continued patience as we work through this issue.

SLYSA Announces Naming Rights Partner for Headquarter Complex
The St. Louis Youth Soccer Association announced Slyman Bros. Appliances as the naming rights partner for the main headquarter complex in St. Charles, MO. Under the 3-year agreement, the complex will be renamed as the "Slyman Bros SLYSA Complex". The agreement includes on-site signage and a significant digital presence.
“SLYSA is proud to partner with Slyman Bros. Appliances. As the premier local and regional soccer league, we value partnering with a strong, local brand that has been a valuable part of our community for decades,” said SLYSA Executive Director Johann Arnason. “The two organizations have a shared vision for quality and service, which makes the alignment of SLYSA and Slyman Bros. a natural fit. We are excited to rename our headquarter complex as the "Slyman Bros SLYSA Complex."
Since 1965 when Bob and Harry Slyman decided to open their own business which is known today as Slyman Bros. Appliances. That year the Gateway Arch was completed and so it was a natural tie-in to use the arch in the television commercials in black and white. Those commercials became famous in the St. Louis community. As their family grew, so did their business. Today, Slyman Bros. Appliances has grown to five locations, with at least one Slyman family member in every store.
"We are very excited to partner with SLYSA. We both have been a St. Louis staple for many years. We want to continue supporting the great St. Louis youth soccer program,” said Chris Slyman of Slyman Bros. Appliances.
