RGS Stingray Swim Team

Practice for Friday, December 26 will be from 7:30-9am for Black & Orange teams.

All practices are canceled for today, December 2nd. Stay safe out there!

Thank you to Crystal’s Cafe for letting the swim team create the decorations for your tree in the park. The swimmers enjoyed their team spaghetti dinner and ornament decoration time.

The Swim Team is selling Zroni Rolls!

They are the BEST pepperoni rolls around. They are made fresh and then flash frozen.
