The not so better halves consist of Alan (provides a home and crew for the #51, serves as the team manager & provides the funding to race) and Jed (driver & set up brains of the operation).

We made it to Smoky Mountain Speedway for the local LLM race laat night. Jed Emert qualified 7th out of 22 cars for the 25 lap $1500 to win main. The track was not very racey but the car was fantastic. Jed squeezed his way to a 4th place finish. Hopefully next time we will have another groove to show off our speed.

Race day in Maryville TN!
We decided to head to I-75 Raceway last night for a regular steel head show. 21 cars were on hand in our class. Jed Emert qualified 5th. The 25 lap feature was filled with cautions, but at the end of the night we finished on the podium with a 2nd place run. Hayden Ownby was by far the class of the field as he set sail and dominated the main event! If the weather will cooperate we hope to run with the Topless Outlaw Series at North GA Speedway in Chatsworth GA next Saturday, April 4th.

With the World of Outlaws Late Model Series in town last night at Smoky Mountain Speedway we decided to take the car with us and see if we could make the show. The track was really wet and fast, and unfortunately we need dry and slow without the 200 extra HP that the super late models have. We didn't make the race, but we have great notes on the series tires, along with different track conditions we wouldn't see on a practice day. Maybe we will give it another try in June when the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series comes to town!

Last season seems like it just ended in November, but here we are a few weeks away from throwing dirt with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville TN.

We had a shot at it again tonight at Mountain View Raceway for the 50 lap $4k to win season finale. We qualified 7th and the top 6 were locked in.
Jed started 1st in heat #1 and walked away with the heat win.
After starting 7th in the feature, he made his way up to 3rd by lap 20. Grabbing second on a restart he stalked Jason Manley for 23 laps. With 7 to go there was another caution and we fell back to 3rd and finished there on the podium.
