Swarm Basketball is seeking a local/established coaching professionals for our Tennessee Swarm teams out of TNT Sportsplex (Kingsport, TN). The Coach is expected to run two team practices per week (90min) and attend 5-6 tournaments (weekends) over a 10 week season from Nov- Feb.

Provide an enjoyable and safe basketball experience for assigned group of players while they learn sportsmanship, fair play, and develop their skills, individually and team based.

Employment contingent upon successful background check. Coaches ae compensated based on their experience and qualifications.

Season:

· Location: TNT Sportsplex - 600 E Main St, Kingsport, TN 37660

· 10 weeks: Nov-Feb (Winter season)

· two team practice per week - (90min)

· 5 weekend tournaments

Responsibilities:

1. Support Swarm through word of mouth and social media

2. Coach teams at weekend games. There will be 5-6 tournaments through the season. The games will be held on Saturdays only with game times varying based on schedule. Teams can play up to 3-5 games throughout the weekend depending on how they do.

3. Ensure all player participation and parent communication

4. Work to establish and improve team unity and morale.

5. Adhere to Swarm policies, objectives, rules, and lead by example
