How many steps a day do you try to get?

My go to breakfast now, it’s so filling and tastes AWESOME
3/4 cup Fage Total 0% yogurt
8 blackberries
3-4 pumps skinny mixes Peanut Butter Cup syrup
2 TBSP PB FIT powder
1/2 serving C4 Reese’s PB & Chocolate powder
1 TBSP flaxseed meal
1/8 cup Kodiak protein oats
Roughly 43G of protein per serving.
This and a cup of coffee with some mushroom powder and I’m ready for the day.
It is so filling, it’s not some little protein drink that leaves you filling hungry afterwards.
Other than the blackberries I mix everything for 3-4 days and the night before I smash in the berries.

Today it was 9 degrees outside, we have around 8” of fresh snow ❄️, unplowed roads and the shop where my treadmill is located takes forever to warm up.
So I flipped on the trusty GPS (Pacer App) and went to town at a slow job around the inside of the house.
Movement is moment and I haven’t missed my daily step goal in 60+ days and I’m not about to start now. 😂
Where there’s a will there’s a way.

Just curious but have you ever jogged around the inside of your home to get your steps in?
Did you track steps or distance? How far did you go?
