Day 52 remembers that late night in Memphis in the 2025 TCCAA region 7 post season conference tournament. The evening these ladies made history by winning our first ever playoff game advancing to the semi-finals. After boarding the bus, the big happy smiles says it all.

53 days to go.

Day 53 brings back our 2024 inaugural season highlighting one of the fastest players in the TCCAA region 7 conference, and we won her over to play soccer. Makhira was a track star and soccer player at (Knoxville) Powell HS. Early in the recruting process, she was not sure which direction she was going regarding track at another university, or soccer at Roane State. Well, she made the right choice by choosing soccer and it made us happy campers 😀. Back story, she was a defender all her early days and all through high school. We recruited her as a defender but after several games into the season we struggled scoring goals....period. She never got beat 1v1 nor got scored on the short time she played in the back because of her defending but moreso, her lighning speed. So the coaching staff decided to move her up top to a position she had NEVER routinely played. To make a long story short, she was our leading goal scorer that 2024 season playing the forward position. Most of her goals were from through balls were that she could simply outrun the opponent in open field. Here are a couple of her 2024 goals which included her first ever collegiate goal scored.

Day 55 highlights our 5'-11'' all conference GK on just a few of her fantastic saves throughout the 2025 season. She led the conference in saves and deservingly made the TCCAA Region 7 All-Conference team. These highlights were against two NAIA teams....at Bluefield University (Bluefield WV) and at Bryan College (Dayton TN). Great job, Addison.

Day 57 throws back a few memories of our 2024 inaugural season of our West TN 3 day trip vs Southwest and Dyersburg. Some team bonding on the world famous Beale Street in Memphis, got a picture with Elvis, and a visit to the nation's largest Bass Pro Shop....AKA, the Pyramid.
