One on One..
Max putting in the reps! Getting strong and technical.
The most basic movement in jiujitsu, the hip escape. It’s considered the footwork of jiujitsu and it’s involved in most movements from the bottom position.
Another One on one session in the books for Anthony. Watch him escape two of the worst positions in jiujitsu and then finish with an armlock. What an awesome lesson. Anthony definitely impressed his dad and grandpa today!

One on One Jiujitsu with Max
Kids thrive on positive attention and approach the task of learning new skills very differently in a one on one setting. It’s something I do with adults but not that often with kids.
