Kundalini classes will resume the 1st Tuesday in August

Today, Ascension Wellness and Yoga had the privilege of hosting an outstanding continuing education course on American GuaSha or AISTM (Assisted Instrument Soft Tissue Mobilization). It was inspiring to see dedicated healthcare and wellness professionals come together to expand their knowledge, refine their skills, and continue their commitment to helping others heal and move better.

A special thank you Nathan and everyone who attended and contributed to such a positive learning environment. Continuing education is vital to professional growth, and we are honored that Ascension could serve as a space for learning, collaboration, and excellence in patient care.
