🏡 FULL BODY HOME WORKOUT
Goal: Build Lean Muscle + Tone + Strength (At Home)
Schedule: 3–4 Days Per Week Workout Time: 30–45 Minutes

🔥 WORKOUT
1. Squats (Bodyweight or Dumbbell), 3 sets × 12–15 reps
2. Reverse Lunges, 3 sets × 10 reps each leg
3. Glute Bridges, 3 sets × 12–15 reps
4. Push-Ups (Knees or Full), 3 sets × 8–12 reps
5. Bent-Over Rows (Dumbbells or Household Items), 3 sets × 10–12 reps
6. Shoulder Press (Dumbbells or Bands), 3 sets × 10–12 reps
7. Core – Plank, 3 sets × 30–45 seconds

🔥 OPTIONAL FINISHER (5–10 MIN)
Choose one:
• Jump Squats – 15 reps
• Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
• Wall Sit – 45–60 seconds
➡️ Repeat 2–3 rounds

Another power breakfast before a busy day. Two eggs, half cup of cottage cheese, 2 cups of spinach, avocado, gluten-free toast and of course Sriracha. Season with salt, pepper and seasonings of choice 🤗

New smoothie bowl recipe!

If you need a new go-to breakfast recipe, you’ve got to try this "berry" good smoothie bowl!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ⅔ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 large banana
- 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
- ¼ cup water

Toppings:
- Granola
- Chia seeds
- Coconut flakes

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for toppings, and puree until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.

🍳Healthy breakfast idea. One cup of frozen organic quinoa & kale mix, one cup of fresh organic spinach, two eggs. Season with mix seasonings to taste. You can also put a little hot sauce on to spice it up!
