🗣️Why does your feed smell minty?

Our Herbal and Senior mixes have rosemary, spearamint, and sage in them! Not to mention the most concentrated biotin you can buy blended directly into the grain. Sage offers asthmatic horses soothing properties to reduce inflammation in mucous membranes. (My own asthmatic horse has drastically improved and is now off of steroids). Rosemary (along with fat) adds to that internal shine and fuller hair! Spearamint aids in digestion, reducing the risk of gas colic.

Seminole is a FIXED formula. They deliver the same product every single time. We switched from a MAJOR feed company because our performance horses would randomly stop finishing their food occasionally, causing them to drop weight. After some research, we found out that the protein sources were being switched, making the feed less palatable. If your feed has a tag sewn to the bottom, that’s because your feed company also switches sources so frequently that they can’t print their ingredients on the bag.

They are on 🔥! We had an excellent weekend at ICON and are gearing up for River Glen! All three horses had an astonishing improvement from last show. Both riders are improving their strength, horsemanship, and eye to a fence! VERY proud of these ladies and their ponies.

⚠️Friendly reminder that de-worming “just because it’s spring” causes resistance.

It’s a common practice to deworm horses without knowing their worm burden first. A world with resistant parasites is a NIGHTMARE. Our herds will struggle with chronic weight loss, potentially colic, and be predisposed to other diseases and infections.
