Halls Middle School Girls Flag Football

It’s game day! We had a time change for tonight. Our game will now be at 6:15pm. It will be a beautiful evening for some football!

Hard loss last night for our JV girls. We’re holding our heads up and we’ll keep grinding! Varsity plays Carter Thursday night at 7:15pm on Field 1. Come out and cheer us on!

Good games tonight! Proud of both teams no matter what the score is. We’ll be back at it next week!

First games of the season are tonight! The weather is going to be beautiful and I heard there will be some Girl Scout cookies at the field. Sounds like the perfect way to spend a Tuesday night! As always, games are free to attend. Let’s have a big crowd for these girls as they look to get their very first W! 🏈👹

Today we celebrate every girl that has laced up, showed up, and kept going! Sports don’t just shape athletes; they shape leaders. Girls who compete grow into women who know how to work hard, bounce back, communicate and lead! Something powerful happens when girls are given a chance to play: they learn how to lose, how to get back up, how to use their voice, and how to trust their own effort. That skillset carries way beyond the field and into careers, boardrooms, and every day life.

The NCAA’s decision to add flag football to is Emerging Sports for Women Program is a huge step forward, especially for the young women who have proven that they have the drive, passion, and talent to compete at the highest level in this sport.

Looking for 4-5 more 5th/6th grade girls for Halls Middle School’s flag football team! Practice starts soon, games will begin in February and run through March. We play at Tommy Schumpert park. If your school does not have a team (private/homeschool,etc) are more than welcome to play for me! No experience necessary/no try outs! DM for more info!
