• Shooting (Catching and releasing, shooting off of the dribble)
• Ball Handling (Creating space, being comfortable under pressure)
• Footwork (Becoming quicker, more agile, and balanced)
• Basketball IQ (Gaining a better understanding of the game)

Cool to say that MG24🧘🏽♀️ was blessed to come all the way from Knoxville, TN to play in the NYvsNY Summer Tournament, win the championship, and get the championship trophy handed to her by Jalen Brunson NBA Champion and MVP.

When training there must be specific details for an individual to master. In my sessions im not validating a rep if its not what I've asked for. I'll give encouragement, or I'll praise the work and effort, but im not validating a bad rep.
