Alan Greenspan, former chairman of the Fed, dies at age 100 06/22/2026

Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan died today. He was 100 years old. He had Parkinson's.
A Parkinson's diagnosis does not define a person's future.

People with Parkinson's can live long, fulfilling, and productive lives. While PD does present challenges, the benefits of exercise, community support, medical care, and staying engaged can make an incredible difference.

At Black Dog Fitness, we see this every day. Our fighters continue to grow stronger, move better, and live life to the fullest because they refuse to let Parkinson's have the final say.

Alan Greenspan, former chairman of the Fed, dies at age 100 Alan Greenspan presided over the Federal Reserve for 19 years under four presidents and mastered the art of obfuscation known as Fedspeak.
