Join us for the 3rd Annual Summit Series Event at Mt. La Crosse hosted by River City Running Club and Mt. La Crosse Ski & Snowboard!

SPRINT: Sprint up Damnation, Mid-America’s steepest ski slope, and back down it’s twisty sister, Salvation!
Start Time: 5:00 pm

LONG RUN: Start at the Chalet and work your way around the slopes, taking in all the amazing views Mt. La Crosse offers!
2 mile run , 1000′ vertical
Start Time: Following Sprint (about 5:30pm)

HUGE GAINS CHALLENGE: Ultimate slope challenge, take on both the Sprint and Long Run events!
Start Time: 5:00 pm

MOTUS MISOGI (RUCK CHALLENGE): NEW THIS YEAR!! Take a loop around the slopes with the added challenge of weight. See many amazing views as you venture around the hill. Bring your own weight or borrow onsite. Organized by Harrison Pollack: The Motus Project
Start Time: 5:30 pm

Patio Party from 4pm - 8pm with food and drinks.

Live Music – Zeke Fitz: 6:00-8:00 pm

Looking for a fun local 5K this summer? Advisors Management Group is hosting its 1st Annual AMG Summer Fun 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, July 18, at Pettibone Park in La Crosse!

The race begins at 9:45 AM, with check-in from 8:30–8:45 AM at the gazebo. Participants are welcome to run or walk, and all ages are invited to join. This is not a timed race.

Cost is $30 per person, plus a small sign-up fee. All proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse.

After the race, participants can enjoy a small lunch of burgers, brats, and water at no additional cost.

Hey everybody - quick reminder! For our Wednesday run, we are meeting tomorrow at 5:30p at Great River Landing in Onalaska! There is ample parking, bathrooms, and restaurants nearby for after the run.

If the weather cooperates - feel free to bring yoga mats for some post-run recovery exercises. Hope to see you there!
