There’s just something about fall at Keeneland. 🍂🏇

The cool Kentucky mornings. The first hints of color in the trees. Horses heading to the track before the rest of the world is awake. The stone buildings glowing as the sun goes down.

Keeneland is beautiful any time of year, but fall here feels a little extra special.

And behind all that beauty is nearly 90 years of Thoroughbred history.

📍 Lexington, Kentucky
🏇 Keeneland opened October 15, 1936
🌳 The grounds span 1,234 acres in the heart of Kentucky’s Bluegrass region
🏁 The main dirt track is a 1 1/16-mile oval
🏛️ Keeneland was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1986
🍂 The 2026 Fall Meet runs October 2 through October 24
🏆 17 days of racing featuring 22 stakes worth $10.7 million
⭐ 8 races are Breeders’ Cup “Win and You’re In” events

For us, it’s more than just another racetrack. It’s one of our favorite places to race during one of our favorite times of year.

Fall racing in our old Kentucky home just hits differently. 🤎

Lauren Teague wears a lot of hats around here, and apparently a lot of shoes too. 🤎

From the barn to the racetrack and all the behind-the-scenes moments in between, this is just a small glimpse into the many steps that make up life at TW Farms. Lauren does so much more than capture the moments. She’s a big part of the heart behind it all.

Another week in the books… except in horse racing, the week never really ends. 😂🐎

Early mornings, long days, and apparently we’re feeling every bit of it by Friday. But there’s always more work to be done and more horses to get ready!
At least we’ve got a good crew to do it with. 👊❤️

Hello, fall. Racing season looks good on you. 🍂

Cool mornings, changing leaves, rich chestnuts and bays, and somehow the horse world just seems to match the colors of fall perfectly.

Fall also means sales season in Kentucky, and before long, we’ll be looking forward to another beautiful Keeneland fall meet.

There’s just something special about this time of year in horse country. 🤎

TW Farms and Racing…… from shedrows and racetracks to sidelines and Football fields!!

The action looked a little different for us today as both boys had football games!!!
